Rachel Leon, LPC, NATC, has worked in the mental health field since 2016 and has been practicing as a therapist since 2020. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma and Virginia and a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, having completed training through Evergreen Certifications taught by Dr. Ramani Durvasula.

Rachel supports individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, infidelity, grief, shame, and boundary-setting. She is especially passionate about helping clients recover from narcissistic abuse, rebuild self-worth, and shift patterns that may no longer serve them.

Her approach is insight-oriented, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Rachel works collaboratively with clients to identify the underlying drivers of behavior and emotional patterns—so they can move beyond symptom management and toward meaningful, lasting change.

She integrates trauma-informed and attachment-based modalities, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and EMDR (not currently accepting EMDR clients).

Rachel has completed over 250 hours of advanced post-graduate training taught by leaders in the field, including Dr. Wendy Behary (schema therapy and narcissism), Dr. Sue Johnson (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Janina Fisher (complex trauma and shame), and Dr. Diana Fosha (AEDP for attachment wounds).

Outside of her clinical work, Rachel enjoys painting, writing, nature, reading, and spending time with her family and dogs.
